The Customer Service Representative is responsible for:

* Attend Pre-Installation meetings, compile notes and enter them into our server.

* Prepare labels for projects.

* Create/Modify instruction sheets for customers.

* Train customers on use of products.

* Telephone and email confirmation on scheduled installation and service dates with customers.

* Occasionally answer phones.

*Prepare and execute Maintenance Agreements

* Communications between the customer and the company.

* Some inside sales.

The primary objective of these supervised activities is directed toward providing the company with continuous support and efficient operations.

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this career is an intelligent, outside of the box thinker who can make their own decisions. You need to be driven to succeed, driven to help others succeed and be good at communicating with other people. Communications skills, Customer service skills and the ability to look at a situation from outside the box are a must.

This position is part time until spring when it becomes a full time position. This is an ideal position for someone finishing a degree in the Spring.

Qualifications Required

1. Education: College Degree or equivalent experience

2. Experience: Working knowledge of the software programs in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks. Data entry skills. Good oral communication capabilities. Ability to handle multiple communication situations with incoming telephone calls and onsite visitors. Familiar with standard office equipment such as facsimile machines, photocopiers, and telephone systems.

3. Experience with ConnectWise software a plus.

BCS Offers:

Competitive Pay of $14-$16 per hour (based on experience,) plus commission opportunities make this position realistically capable of earning $42,000 - $50,000 per year. Matching Retirement Plan, Health, Dental and Vision Insurance. Paid Holidays and vacation days.
